Homebooth

Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

Homebooth does not collect, store or share any personal information on servers of its own. There are no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking.

Camera and microphone

Homebooth uses the camera and microphone only to record and stream the game you are filming. Recordings are saved on your device, in the app's own storage, and you choose what to do with them.

Live streaming

If you stream, the video and audio are sent directly from your device to YouTube using the stream key you enter. The stream key is stored in your device's Keychain and is sent only to YouTube. Your use of YouTube is governed by YouTube's own terms and privacy policy.

Teams and logos

Team names, colours and logos you add (from Photos or Files) are stored on your device only.

Diagnostic logs

Homebooth keeps logs of app events (such as when a recording started, battery level and network quality) on your device to help find problems. They never leave the device unless you choose to share them, for example by emailing them to us. Logs contain no video, audio, contacts or location.

Beta testing

If you test through Apple's TestFlight, Apple shares with us the information TestFlight provides, such as crash reports and feedback you choose to send, under Apple's own privacy policy.

Children

Homebooth does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
